Delivery

We do our best to ship your orders as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours, or Monday if you order on the weekend) with the exclusion of pre order items.

Australia Post are our shipping partner and all our shipments are carbon offset.

Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email a confirmation with all the tracking details.

Please double check your address is correct when you checkout as we cannot take responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address and there may be additional costs for a redelivery. 

Shipping Costs

We charge a flat rate of $9.95 for all parcels and free postage over $150 within Australia and a flat rate of $20 AUD for orders to New Zealand.
